I would give zero starts if Google let me! I brought my cousins motorcycle here as directed by statefarm (they are State Farm preferred) and was told they would not even write an estimate for me because it's obvious it's totaled they are not going to work on it and they will just loose money and time. While I do understand there time they put into estimates, they also have a contract/partnership with statefarm to be preferred and receive lots of $ and referrals from State Farm . My cousin is out of the country serving the USA in the army and they refused to help me or him. Do not take your claims or money here!!!! I was talking with the owner and he did not care at all! My local statefarm agent even talked to him and he still refused to write a quote cause it takes to much time! Bad customer service and what seems like shady business practices to me! My State Farm agent will never refer to Olsen again and I will file a corporate complaint with statefarm and send anyone far from Olsen!
