Overall

Disappointing!

Merry Maids runs a two person crew and c harges $85 / hr. For that you would expect them to get a lot done! I hired them to help me clean a rental house after we moved. The house was empty, vacuumed, and the refrigerator and oven were clean. Short of shampooing the carpets, I thought Merry Maids could finish the rest in 3 hours or less. I was wrong! They didn't touch the basement, sweep the floors, or wipe down window sills, baseboards, ledges, or the fireplace. Very disappointing!

The items listed as not cleaned in this review were NOT part of the customer's contract. Bathrooms and kitchen were contracted rooms and the customer told me that she was very satisfied with these areas.
