        Turn over in Staff

        I am a patient but I am starting to become leary of the turn over in staff at this practice. I noticed this past summer there were several nurses that were in and out within a short period of time. I adore Carolyn the physician assistant there : I really enjoyed one of her nurses who was there for only a short period of time....why? Is the management there bad? I just don't understand why it isn't like it was in the old days where staff stuck around.
