Every Bloomin' Thing

in a hurry on Thursday after leaving work I went to go purchase some flowers for my daughters concert not knowing where to go seeing that I'm still new to the Cary area however, I knew there was a location of a florist nearby. I was greeted with a smile but minutes later realize that I was being rushed, I told the clerk that I wanted something in a presentation form for my daughters concert ask about something in green possibly.The clerk showed me a few flowers told me she can make an arrangement and proceeded to the back never discussing price or anything. In the back she put the presentation together rather quickly and brought me a set of flowers that were wrapped in a red tissue paper with a white wired bow on them that was wrinkled. I looked at the presentation and said to myself well I'm in a hurry I'm just going to take it however the more I drove home the more disappointed I really was. I tried to make the presentation look better by slightly rewrapping the red tissue paper but there was no hope. once getting to my destination I opened up the flowers to try to see if I could do something myself looking at them I saw all the leaves were still hanging on the stems. The flowers were just put into a a red tissue and given to me I was so disappointed in something that I thought would be a real presentation. This led me to find another florists who will remain nameless however is located in the downtown area right off of Chatham near Walker Street. he asked to see the flowers I brought them in right away he described to me what I had received. before my face he took the flowers and transformed them into a beautiful presentation.the first thing he did was begin to find out my desires and my needs. his first concern was why were the flowers wrapped in red tissue paper? I stated I really don't know red has nothing to do with the presentation.something that I would be proud to present to my daughter as well as carry in my own arms. never again will I go to this location for flowers. the flowers I was told would have died even before the concert was over because they needed a water source. He took the flowers wrap them in cellophane cut them all to the appropriate size added additional flowers to them and then I had a masterpiece next to none.my flowers are still living today because of the gentleman at the Flower Cup board oops I forgot I wasn't going to mention their name.

I was extremely Disappointed in the flowers and service I received. First, my flowers were not ready at the time promised to me.

The arrangement was done completely different from what I had asked for. Colors of the flowers were wrong!! It looked like someone just hurriedly stuffed some flowers in a vase, instead of creating an artistic arrangement. One type of flowers was less the half the size they were supposed to be.

When I told the owner it was Not what I ordered, she acted disgusted and rude.

I will Not do business with them again, and I do not recommend them.

Needed flowers for wake on Sunday. Went to see what they had on Friday. Only one person on staff and would not even help. Flowers that were there in poor shape. Left feeling disappointed. Will not go there again.
