Beverly Nail Spa

Please don't go here! Had a pedicure yesterday July 10th 2015. I have cuts on my feet and could hardly walk yesterday. My feet were dry from swimming that I had done this past week.At one point during the appt, one area started to become cracked, and hurt, so I attempted to tell the person this, she sort of understood. I have never seen a person use the "cheese grater" to take off rough skin. It was sensitive at the time but as the evening wore on it was difficult to walk, and more cuts appeared. I phoned them today, no refunds are given and the manager said I could drive there today, I live in raleigh, so she could see my feet, she said to fix them....I could talk about the language barrier as well but no need to. Buyer beware.

Great and clean nail spa.

This is a great nail spa, I have been going there for last several months and they do a great job on gel and acrylic nails. The pedicure station are sanitized after each use and this is easily shown since they put a sign in each chair after it has been sterilized, so you know you're the first person to use it after it's been cleaned. The nail tech are friendly, the place is very upscale and they even offer you a drinks to help with the experience. This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. I highly recommend.

Beverly Nails and Spa seemed to be a great nail place when we had heard of it. We decided to go there just for one speical occassion. We had received a gift certificate before we had been to the nail place. We went to pay using the gift certificate and the lady told us that with the certificate included it was only going to be 14 dollars. When we got home and had completed the transaction, we had been charged $50 more than what the lady had told us at the store. We called the store to let them know what had happened and the lady told us that she had no records of anything and could not go back. We continued to ask her if there was any way possible to receive some money back but since they never kept track of any of the transactions it was not possible. She would not listen and would not even try to do anything to help us. That's the last time we are going there.
