        Overall

        Horrible customer service. We made an online reservation. We were running late after a funeral and 5 hr drive, called to tell them we would be checking in late, they assured us our room would be there. When we got there it was not, they offered no assitance and were rude to my husband. Due to a holiday weekend we ended up staying up all night after a horrible day.
