Customer service was awful. The owner was extremely unprofessional. After trying to skimp on the agreed upon work and not honer the estimate that was given, the owner yelled at me for 20 minutes on the phone before I could get him to agree to do the work promised. During that 20 minutes he even made thinly veiled threats to me and my property. He told me I would "get what's coming to me". After they left I found that someone had taken a pair of pliers and bent the prongs of all of the electrical cords in the house, including the dryer and fridge. I hope that is all, but who knows what else I will find. The work was average.
