The Rushing Company

Person sent out to measure was super. The installation crew showed up earlier than scheduled, were very polite, clean, and very respectful of my home. Their work was superb and the never made a mess. I would gladly use The Rushing Company again.

After they came out to measure, I could not get them to send me the quote. And would not return my calls.

All of the follow up was done by me. They would send emails indicating the quote was attached but forgot to include files. Then when they eventually sent the quote, they included somebody else's work estimate. Almost a week later, I recieved the correct quote.



I decided that if they struggled to get me the information to base a decision on, what kind of problems would I face when it came time to install. They could keep the $25 dollars they charged for the measurement. I selected another company.



Poor customer service & follow up.................No Thanks!
