Steward Global Premier Moving

We were confirmed for our move Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. On Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m. I got a text from owner J.R. saying they needed to push my move back because they had a "disaster" overnight. Around 7:00 a.m. I responded to the text and asked for a time frame...twice. Didn't hear back. Then I called him on his cell and left a voice mail. After an hour I called the business phone three times, which was never answered. I left a message asking for an updated time frame. I never heard back. We eventually had to hire a UHaul and do it ourselves, last minute. A bit of background: Our house was destroyed by a tornado and we have been living in an apartment for 6 months. The lease was up on Saturday and we had to move out that day. I am also 7 months pregnant and my husband was in the ER just last week with appendicitis, could not move ourselves. This was an absolute disaster and I have yet to hear anything back from Steward (or J.R., the owner) and it is Tuesday.

Steward was a very professional group of movers. Our move was smooth and Steward was on time and delivered. I would highly recommend giving Steward the opportunity to handle your move.

Our move could have been confusing going to two different houses and the storage facility. Everything was able to go on the truck in an organized way. As a single Mom traveling from place to place to tell them what went into each location....I really needed the take charge approach.
