Safe Home Pest Control

Their service is horrible. We constantly had black widows and other exterminators said that if treated correctly, I should not have to continuously call them back out. After that, I tried cancelling the service twice. The first time, they convinced me to give them another chance, so I did. The 2nd time I tried to cancel they said it was cancelled, but kept servicing me apparently. I wasn't aware of this though b/c I work until I received a bill 2months later with a late fee on it. They wouldn't remove the late fee which angered me b/c I thought my account was cancelled so until I rec'd a bill, had no idea I'd received the service. The top manager in the Norman, OK office was VERY rude, talked very disrespectfully to me, and was NOT helpful AT ALL!!! I don't recommend this company in any way. You'd get just as good, if not better results by treating your home yourself.

I am very pleased with this company they did a great job of knowing what are issues were and how to handle them correctly. Also every time I call someone is always there to answer and are always very polite. Very glad to have found this company to do my pest control for us.
