Excellent Customer Service. Owner contacted me immediately to inquire about scope of work. The cost and date were established for pick up and return delivery of the piece to be refinished, and the driver picked up the table promptly. The work is still in process. I am very pleased so far with my connection to Restoration Plus.

This company made all of our damaged furniture look brand new. Several of our pieces, including a baby grand piano, are over hundred year’s old. Every piece of furniture was handled with care. Restoration Plus has honest employees who let us know if a piece of furniture just needs a simple touch up they can do in your home, or if it would be better to have the work done in their shop. Their prices are very reasonable. They fixed and repaired several pieces our remodelers broke or damaged. Restoration Plus has restored over twenty-five furniture pieces for us. Everyone in this company is friendly, helpful, and professional.

Restoration Plus’s customer service is top-notch. My phone calls were returned promptly, the estimate was accurate, and the repairs were done so well that you can’t tell the pieces were ever broken.

Branham at Restoration Plus helped us negotiate a complicated insurance claim following water damage to our master bathroom. He is incredibly professional, responsive and skilled in dealing with insurance. He was able to secure us a MUCH higher settlement than originally offered. Needed outside new lanterns repainted. Called and spoke with Cheryl. She asked me to text her a photo. She showed her techs and responded within one business day. Cheryl advised that I use another company that was better suited for my job. She gave me the company name and phone number. I will use Restoration Plus again.

Years ago Restoration Plus saved the day when we had a flood in our office. They did a great job with great service. So, when I called last week to find the carpet that was installed back then they took on the task to locate the vendor and carpet immediately. I have used them several times and their work was impeccable on all occasions. They have repaired a reclining chair, refinished a hall rack, and repaired a mirror in a hutch. All work was done on time and at a fair price. They are very responsive.

I had a maitland-smith wood martini table that was damaged in shipping. It was really crunched. I thought there was no way that it could be repaired, but Thad assured me he could. 3 weeks later it looked brand new. You couldn't even tell it had ever been damaged. And I am VERY picky. It was perfect. He is a master craftsman. Every time I look at my table I am happy. He also repaired a pair of black Drexel Heritage side tables with gold leafing that had water damage. Also, perfect. I would highly recommend Restoration plus.

Our move from Kansas to Texas resulted in a lot of broken household items and furniture. Thankfully my husband's company took advantage of the moving company's insurance program. Restoration Hardware was assigned to us to assess and repair fixable furniture. Thad, Andrew and John assessed ouir damage in a timely manner. Seven pieces were restored to as good and better condition than before we had them moved. I liked how they took most of the pieces with them, then returned them restored and set them back up. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and they appear to enjoy their profession plus they are great at furniture restoration!
