We recently had James out to look at our unit due to noise it was making while it was running. He looked at the unit and assured us there was not an issue. He cleaned out the unit and it made a diffenence. While still at the property also had him look at the hot water heater and he noted several problems but thought it would last for another year. Not taking a chance asked him to price out a new unit and will have it installed in a few days at a great price. I called around and no one came close. I would recommend his work to anyone and have already shared his card and number with several folks at work.
