        Never called to set up delivery. (Our furniture was sitting in their warehouse for over a week.) We called. "I saw your order come thru but need more info - your address, phone etc.?! We said we could give that to them... They said not necessary - they could get it!? Then they confirmed our address that they had?! (Wow!) They were to call back the next day & did NOT, so we called again. Delivery scheduled - but on the day of delivery, the driver called to say he couldn't deliver - he didn't have all the pieces & the boxes were marked as such. There was no offer to deliver the partial order. Note: The furniture was delivered to them in two shipments, & both tracked to their facility from Fed Ex. We had paid extra for "White Glove". This is nothing close to the concierge service that we paid for. We have appropriately cancelled our order & will hopefully reorder from the manufacturer with FedEx shipping direct to us. What a disappointing & frustrating experience for such an easy task.
