Tom Perkins Roofing Contractor

We were pleased with the professionalism of Mr. Perkins. The roof looks great, and isn't leaking in today's rain - in contrast to its previous state. Of course, the proof of a roof is long-term, but I expect this roof will outlast me - I hope not! Seriously, I would consider Mr. Perkins for future roofs on other properties I own. I believe you will be well pleased with his business.

He went the extra mile for us on our reroof and them some. The job was done in a very timely manner, the crew was great and the cleanup was carefully and thoroughly done. Tom and his crew did an exceptional job on our house! There were various issues with this house as it was old and had not been tended to in the past. They had to make repairs and replace old boards. After the work was promptly completed, they cleaned up thoroughly. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results! We are satisfied customers!

Tom and his crew did an excellent job with installing a new roof on our home. They were very courteous and did a very excellent job keeping our yard clean. [did it each day after working and didn't allow it to pile up]
His crew did an excellent job in protecting our belongings and the shrubbery.
Their final clean up included using a bar magnet to make sure that there were no roofing nails left behind to flatten tires.

Absolutely awesome contractor!!!! Folks you will not be disappointed in dealing with Tom Perkins... does exactly what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. From Tom to the entire roofing crew, nothing but professionalism and courtesy. These people worked at my house for 2 days and respected every bit of my property by covering things and cleaning up on DAILY basis. Now to get past the awesome crew.... the work speaks for itself. Tom's guys are very detail oriented making sure that my home is properly protected....roofing ain't just for looks, it serves a purpose to protect our most valued possession, our home! Tom has been great to work with. I live in California and do not know of any roofing contractors in the area so was very pleased to find someone like Tom. He got right on it and seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. His price seemed reasonable as well. I will use him again!

I had J&S Roofing come out and roof my house. I saw the owner twice, to get a contract signed and pick up the check, During this time only day workers showed up to take care of it. The results were leaks in my roof, having called him more than 4 times with the same leaks and day workers coming back, the fifth time he showed up, looked all over and fiddled with it, still leaks.
I called Mr. Perkins and he came over and within 20 seconds of getting on my roof told me precisely how and why the first leak was happening, the next leak he corrected within 2-3 minutes and after several serious rains we had, not a drop of a leak. The utmost in courteous professionalism and just a dang nice guy. No one will ever touch my roof again other than him. Can not say enough good about him!

I am very pleased with my new roof provided by Tom Perkins. I had an old metal roof that was leaking and had openings that allowed squirrels to get into the attic. Tom's crew came in and tore the metal roof off, added decking, and replaced with a awesome looking shingle roof in two days. It makes the house look totally different in a great way. Tom Perkins knows roofing and very professional. He ordered the right amount of materials for the roof with very little waste. The crew was also very professional, prompt, and worked solid for two days. When finished, they cleaned up leaving my property looking like they found it. I had called five (5) roofers in the Wedowee area and they either lied to me, told me that they would come out the next day and never show up or they never returned my phone call. I looked a Yellowpages and found Tom Perkins. He returned my call and was very honest with me from the very beginning. He did everything that he said he would do and more. I highly recommend Tom Perkins. I have another home in Tallassee Al that will soon need a new roof and if it was not so far away, I would ask Tom Perkins to re-roof it.

Mr. Perkins is extremely knowlegable, experienced, and passionate about roofing. He came out promptly, gave a detailed, written estimate, and explained our specific needs for a replacement. Our roof has only a small slope. We had several estimates from other contractors, but Mr. Perkins was the only person to explain we needed special roofing requirements because of this structural detail. He was very professional and patiently answered all of our questions. He explained our options for materials and warranties and helped us decide which best suited our needs. He is very honest and straightforward.

Our cost matched the estimate with no deviation. The work was completed quickly and cleanup afterwards was very tidy. Our new roof is beautiful.

Out of 5 estimates, his was the highest; however, his patience and professionalism in explaining his costs convinced me that he was the only one that would do the job correctly.
