Sears Optical

By far the best place to go. Every time I go there Dr. B and the staff are prompt, professional and respectful. I have been going there for nearly 10 years and wouldn't want to change for anything.

I had an awful experience with Sears Optical Carrollton, GA. The prescription i was given is way off and the customer service with Matt and Lisa has been a nightmare. I bought contacts that were extremely uncomfortable and I was not able to try them first so I had no way of knowing. Because the box was opened they would not let me return them for a different type of contacts. Lisa laughed at the situation over the phone like it was a joke. I felt very disrespected. The eye glass frame selection there is as pathetic as their customer service. They have 3 brands of frames there ray ban, vogue, and some other brand i had never heard of and be aware they will not update the lenses in your frames unless you bought them there. I will not be going back.

I had the best experience at this Sear's Optical location in Carrollton. From the front to the back, great customer service. Dr. Steve was amazing in my eye exam. I went to the location in Arbor Place and the doctor gave me a horrible prescription (too strong and too expensive) which caused me to have eye problems an entire year. I was nervous about attending another Sear's Optical, but was highly impressed with this one!!! Best one by far
