Two men to deliver a 725# spa off a trailer that looks like a lawn equipment trailer. One of the men is an older gentleman. No equipment at all, just themselves. They discussed at length how they should go about doing this. Thank goodness they didn't have to get it up to a second story! Plenty of time to discuss it as the cover caddy we paid for was not delivered, so one of the store employees brought that. Yes, this makes a third person, but even in the store they said it would take 4-5 people to unload it yet they sent 2, well now 3 because the caddy's been delivered. The three of them have been working for 25 minutes on putting the caddy together. So far impressed? Absolutely NOT. Let's see if it gets unloaded with no scratches.....
