Thank you for your interest in our company! Mixed Money Co. sells a variety of items for a small profit. Our goal is to help educate, raise awareness and provide resources for individuals and families with developmental and physical disabilities with special needs. A percentage of all proceeds are donated to local charities and centers supporting our cause. Mixed Money Co. was founded in September 15, 2015 by Candice Macon who currently works as a C.A.I./C.L.S Instructor (Community Access Instructor/Community Living Support). Working one on one with individuals with disabilities and special needs Candice noticed the need for more resources and funding for disabled individuals. Aside from Medicaid, Medicare or SSD/SSI there aren't many other forms of financial help available to assist those with special needs. The company was created to aid in the deficit for private funding and supplies. Monies earned, donated or raised by Mixed Money Co. are used to aid in the need of: medical / learning equipment, activities, outings and personal care for people with disabilities. Mixed Money Co. donates in various ways i.e. monetary,supplies and volunteering. We are active in the community and also participate and provide work shops to educate and encourage social skills for Special needs and developmental disabilities. Silver is the color of the awareness ribbon that most commonly represents as a whole for multiple types of disabilities or special needs for children/adults. With each purchase you will receive your very own Silver Awareness Ribbon to aid M.M. Co. in spreading awareness one ribbon at a time! Our inventory is updated weekly and we are constantly researching and working diligently to add new resources.
