Just Right Auto Deals

Hello my name's Kevin and I hear that you have very nice and good cars but I have never been to you before.I would like to see just what you can do for me.

Just rite auto deals. Unknown how they have been in business more than a month. Purchased a work van. For work. After i signed the contract i was told i wasn't allowed to take "their" van out of state. When i did they repoed it. Cost me $800.00 repo fee to get my van back. I decided to put my wife in charge of making the payments, when she was late. By one day the repoed it again. I was forced to file bankruptcy because they refused to even talk about resolving the issue. The then decided they would talk to me. I agreed to drop them from the bankruptcy if we could resume the loan. Burl Right. The owner waited untill i was in Boston and he repoed it again. They will now not allow me to get my belongings out of it. They wont even talk to me.

Just Right Auto Sales are crooks. I saw in the newspaper that they are finally being brought up on charges of fraud in Carrollton, GA. The police are needing more people to come forward to help them in the investigation against Just Right Auto Sales. Biggest lying, manipulating, pack of thieves I've ever dealt with. I was lied to about when my car would be paid off, the condition, AND the actual mileage. Don't fall for their bullcrap like I did. This fat jerk saw a helpless single mom and charged 14k for the biggest pile of trash on the lot. I hope you all get put out of business and rot in jail. All you do is do people dirty. Don't be a fool and buy anything from here. EVER.

Called to find out about a truck for sale and the person that answered the phone stated that he was the GM buyer for the company. Right off the bat he was very unprofessional telling me that there is no way that I can test drive this truck until we get approved, with him knowing that I have a good trade and I told him that I would like to test drive it before I spend $20k plus to make sure it is a right fit for me and my family and he then said I was rude and hung up and then text my business cell phone with rude remarks. Good luck staying in business, you will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and possibly the local police. This car dealership is a disgrace to our community. Recommendation: go to Cross Automotive right down the road where I have purchased the last 3 vehicles that I own.

I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. They are lying, deceitful and incompetent scam artists. My fiancee bought a car from them with her mom, and I have been doing everything I can just to keep it running since. I went up there to complain about their failure to do an honest inspection, and the mechanic THREATENED me. It almost did not end well. The vehicle was MASSIVELY overpriced (5000+ for a 93 Infiniti), and they could not even take care of it. She brought it back up to them several times to have them fix it, and they claimed they had every time. Problem, nothing was ever fixed. I could rant for a while, but long story short, DO NOT EVER COME TO ALL WRONG AUTO SCAMS.

Just Right is a Great Dealership, they worked with us on getting a good car and worked with us on how the payments would work out. Overall a great place wit some of the best people. I will be buying another car I want from here.....

They are crooks. They lie about everything they say. They say they will work with you on payments, but then they repo your car if you are 1 day late. Stay away! Dishonest and manipulative salespeople, obscene markups, and completely crap cars. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, LOOK ELSEWHERE. There are plenty more helpful and quality places.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I don't see how they are still in business!!! There cars are pieces of crap!!! And wayyyyy over priced!!!! I hope the owner loses his dealership licenses so he can't take advantage of people with bad credit anymore!!! This place is scum!!!!

yes they do try to give you a run around. the way to deal with these people is to be nice calm and honest with them. when you start getting upset is when they decide to shut down and will repo your car on a moments notice. if you actually work with them and stay completely calm and fully explain your side of the story they will work with you. i do not fully agree with many of their practices at all because it should not come to a point to have to find out what will not get your car repoed. but at the same time they will work with you. believe me if i had good credit i would NOT go here tho. they do over charge, they do put you in positions of do what they say or your car is gone. but all in all if you handle things correctly (attitude wise) They will try to help. key is make them feel like they are winning.

Do not do business with them. My car has been nothing but problems. It looks good and clean on outside and test drive smoothly. But different problems will occure as you drive daily. They will give you run round and not help you in any way since you already purchased the car. Its all about selling you a car and nothing matters to them. How can they sleep at night I wonder. It was an expensive experience.

DONT buy from here if youre looking for a mechanically sound car. Sure the cars look good on the outside but they are far from mechanically sound. The test drive may go smoothly, but once you start driving the car daily problems start surfacing. They suck at customer service and give you the run around when you take them your car for service. What should be a 2 day job turns into a week or longer.

We came to Just Right Auto thru an ad from craig list. It was a big mistake to believe what the owner, Burl, had promised. It's just the money they want. Go BBB and check their records also. It's very unethical business practice. We had paid our money to learn a lesson. Hope you don't have to.

I came into just right with a aquitance for him to purchase a vehicle way over priced..the plot thickens they repossed this car because of as they put it breach of contract..then the two overweight trashy sales women told lies to the person who bought this car..stay far away from them... if any more conversation come from these two sloppy unattractive woman I will sue them for slander,,,,I would love to have my Ga Attorney handle these slobs..they dont sell many cars so it must be a front for some illegal business so stay clear they will start all sort of bs and over charge u ...BEAWARE....
