Four Seasons Express Car Wash

Come here every week! The workers are nice and the free vaccum service is great! Trash cans and towels provided took. I find the $6 basic wash is the best value.

Cory L., I am sorry to have to tenure your claim. I visited this establishment on Saturday, May 30. Not only did your car wash scratch my

brand new 2015 truck (only 2 months off the lot), it also broke off my antenna. The only person who was working there offered to fold in my mirrors, and request I take the hitch off of my truck, but never once did he mention the antenna. Once my wash completed, he proceeded towards me and offered me my antenna which broke off in the car wash. I then pointed out to him the couple of songs that were on both sides of my truck, and the few scratches which were visible. He took my name, number, and truck information and informed me the manger would contact me. To this date, no one has tried to contact me; however, I have made several attempts to call them personally with no response on the other end. This is very sad business ethics and it's a shame the BBB hasn't been notified yet by all the other claims posted here, and elsewhere. I am still hopeful this company will do right to their customers.

I work at the Four Seasons Express Car Wash in Carrollton. Our car wash has never scratched a car in my 2 years of working here, if a car comes out scratched that means it went in the same. If there is ever any problems regarding the wash you purchased you speak to the attendants while you are here and we usually get it straightened away. This car wash is awesome and I hate seeing false low reviews.

This was the biggest waste if money. I should have known by the price it was going to be that way. I usually go to the Goo Goo carwash, but carrollton does not have one (they should get one). I really just needed to vacuum my car, so I figured since the sign said "the words best carwash" and there is always pretty steady traffic there, it couldn't be too bad. My car is black and shows every little scratch. This place scratched my whole car. You can see all the swirly marks from the brushes in the car wash. I didn't even bother telling them, I know they wouldn't care. Most of it should buff out, but they shouldn't claim to be the best if they actually have the worst. Good luck! Now I have yo get my car buffed and waxed. I had to give one star...I wanted to give zero.

I took my vehicle to this carwash on Saturday July, 25th around 3pm. I expected to get a decent carwash like anyone else would for the money. What I got instead was a busted windshield and a not so polite "Sorry not our problem" answer from the clerk on duty and the owner that he called to ask for assistance. Something was stuck in the rotating rags that swing at warp speed over the body of the car and this is what hit my windshield and did the damage. I'm sure a few other cars were probably damaged from this as well. Now I know accidents happen but for a business to automatically take the "Sorry not our problem" defense makes me feel cheated as a customer and consumer. They have insurance policies for just these sorts of events and would have been out no monies of their own. Instead I'm the one out $200 and the cost of the crappy carwash I got. I have already talked to several members of my church and heard of another "Sorry not our problem" victim of this so called business. His vehicles paint job was almost completely ruined from the equipment ejecting too much hot wax all over his car. I have since reported this so called business to the Better Business Bureau and encourage any of the rest of you to do the same if you have similar horror stories from this fraudulent business. If I could afford it I'd stand in front of this place for hours warning consumers not to waste their money with a good old fashioned picket sign but now I have to come up with $200 for a new windshield instead!
