Comprehensive Pain Management

I went several places before going here and I must say; Other than waiting a bit too long on occasion--I have found Dr. Puppala and all of the other Drs. very informative and the assist. staff considerate to my needs. I would refer anyone to this office. The ONLY problem the office has is getting in touch with them. :) Debby

For months I went to this doctors office and was looked down on, treated like a liar and less then a human being. I tolerated it with kindness in return because this is the kind of person I am.. but then I was called names and when I finally broke down and cried in the office (to my own embarrassment) "she (I'm only going to say that she's a PA there)" looked amused, as if this were her goal all along and she finally got the effect she had wanted. Personally, I will NEVER go back there! I recommend to anyone reading this review to stay far away from them. Find someone else to help you with your pain! They definitely do not understand physical pain and have absolutely no sympathy for their patients. Worst of all, they get enjoyment out of bullying them. The last thing we need when we are already suffering with very real pain, is going to someone that we hope to help us and instead find that they enjoy preying on the weak and disabled.

I have been to several doctors and this doctor at this location was one of the rudest I have ever encountered. I was in tears when I left this office. First it start with a 2.5 hour wait just to get back to see him. Then when back there he asks why I'm there. I explained what I can and can't take and everything I have wrong. He treats me like a drug addict off the street by repeating I'm not gonna prescribe you opiats ok fine I didn't ask for them but to help me find something to make this all manageable. He perscribes me a nerve blocker pill tells me to go see a psychiatrist and says if I come back to come back in a month. I just wish this doctor could walk a week in my shoes and maybe them he could have some compassion for people.

Stay away from Dr. Lott and most especially, Heather Skelton, PA. They are the worst of the worst. The owners of this group are very kind and knowledgable but the 2 forementioned staff members will eventually shut the doors. They will prescribe then take away which is worse than not prescribing at all. Especially if you are a totally compliant patient with no past difficulites. Heather Skelton, (helter skeltor) should be ran out of town on a train. She is the worst of the worst. No doctor will go against another once a decision is made so don't think you can go over her head. Good luck
