Brooke's Pharmacy

My husband and I started using Brooke's Pharmacy a couple of years ago. We are so happy to have found such a caring, courteous and professional pharmacy. Brooke and her staff have always went above and beyond the call of duty to help us in any way that they can. If you are tired of being treated like a number or cattle in line by the big chain pharmacies changing to Brooke's Pharmacy is like having your personal pharmacist that care's about you. We will never go to any other pharmacy.

The prescription for my child was supposed to have lasted 2 weeks. I used a dosage cup to measure it and was very careful to give the correct dosing due to the severity of my child's illness. However, after a week and two days I am out. When I called the pharmacy, they stated that it had to be my fault, they never make mistakes. I advised them of the care in which I give the medication and his response was, we'll we've never had a problem before so it has to be something in the dosage. I told him I am reporting a problem now and he completely blew me off. Said he could repeat himself over and over and it wouldn't change what he had to say. It is ridiculous that they are shorting people medication and blaming it on everyone but them. Avoid at all cost!
