I was having problems with range of motion in my arms, pain in the lower back and neck. After the first visit my lower back pain was gone and I was able to move without pain. After the second visit my range of motion was greatly improved and I was able to raise my arms above my head. Each massage improves my physical and mental well being. Thank you, Ellen.
