The firm's senior partner, Andy Neumann, founded his former company, Andy Neumann Architect, in 1993 at the firm's current location. For the prior seventeen years, he was a founder and partner of Seaside Union Architects of Santa Barbara where Dave Mendro and Mary Andrulaitis first worked with him. Neumann Mendro Andrulaitis Architects defines itself as a design firm emphasizing quality design irrespective of the scale or scope of the project. We offer comprehensive services from design conception through construction including planning, programming, design, regulatory agency approval and construction administration services.
