I had a horrible experience. Concrete around the pool cracked. Then they tried to put a pool deck coating over the cracks to conceal it. The pool deck coding immediately started falling off and going in my pool. They have promised numerous times to come and fix it. But never show up.I have also contacted them and numerous occasions about fixing the pool pump timer,and mounting pool equipment to the concrete pad.
