Carlstadt Appliance Repair

Dentists with a minor in....horrible customer service, I got transferred 5 times until I could actually speak with an actual person, which I had to specifically say DO NOT TRANSFER ME I need to speak with someone. We had an appointment this morning for a technician to look at our appliance, they never showed up, we called & they said their technician was "fired" and could not make it, so they then continued to say how they called and spoke with someone in our office who confirmed it was OK to cancel (not true) then the next person told us they left us a voicemail (also not a true) and that this was certainly true because they had it in their system... maybe they should check their system. At the end of the conversation I asked for a new appointment, they told me I should hang up and find a new company. No apologies or anything.. Never experienced such a rude company.
