        Savon gets a 5star rating from me because of their outstanding customer service. The laminate flooring for my small job had to be researched by Sydney and ordered to match existing floor which was in good condition. Alan came to finalize measurements and gave us some great tips and advise on how to save money in a kitchen counter remodel. We waited five weeks (Not Savon's fault for any delay) for the flooring to arrive. Unfortunately the installation by a sub-contractor was unacceptable. Savon (Alan) came through, understood our concerns and arranged for a the floor to be re-installed in a very professional and aesthetically pleasing manner by another installer - Sergio. Kudos to Savon in understanding and going above and beyond to reach a 5star. Rating for outstanding customer service.
