Services MGPA is a Professional Architectural Corporation with services that orchestrate and incorporate the services of our consultants to encompass Planning, Design, Funding, Modernization, Renovation and Construction. Our working relationships with CDE, DTSC, DMG, DSA, and OPSC are well established. We actively assist our clients in pursuit of capturing construction money through the state funding programs. MGPA was established in 1995 by Fred H. Gualda, AIA for the express purpose of serving the educational facility needs of California School Districts. Ahmad Mohseni, AIA, joined the firm in 1998, after 12 years of project management experience in California educational facility design. Early in 2001, Perry Pursifull, AIA, became the third Principal of the firm, bringing additional depth and production capabilities. The Principals of the Firm, Ahmad Mohseni, Fred H. Gualda, and Perry Pursifull, represent a combined total of 32 years of experience devoted to the production of School Facilities. Each principal brings to the firm a variety of award winning project experiences. MGPA is committed to hiring only qualified individuals for our production staff, each of which work directly under the supervision of the Principals. Because of our relatively small size, MGPA Principals are involved in all facets of the work, giving our clients the personal attention of a seasoned, mature, professional, and giving our projects the continuity that might otherwise be lost to employee turnover.
