Dr. Miller is incredible! He's caring, listens, and doesn't talk all that doctor nonsense. He helps you understand your situation and procedures that you're receiving. Only doctor I can say I haven't felt "in the dark" with. Highly recommend this office!

My primary physician referred me to see Dr. Sebahar for low back pain that had gotten worse after an accident. I was hesitant to go to pain management and didn't want to just get a prescription for opioids. Dr Sebahar listened and completely understood my concerns, diagnosed the cause of my pain, and gave me options for treatment that I was comfortable with.He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. He is a great doctor and my pain is getting better!

I got into a painful car accident and was referred to Coastal Pain by my attorney. I had unbearable pain following the accident... to the point where I couldn't sleep and had a hard time getting around. I received a call from their referral coordinator, Neda, (this was nice that I didn't have to chase them down). She was so compassionate to my situation and took care of all the leg work of getting my records from my physician and chiropractor and got me scheduled in 3 days. When I went for my appointment, the check in gal was accommodating and quick to get me back. Dr. Miller came in and I can say this is the first doctor I've ever seen that I felt TRULY really cared about my condition. He wasn't quick to just diagnose something. He really took his time to examine and understand my situation before diagnosing just to diagnose. He isn't like one of those doctors that just jumps in and out of the waiting room.. he will stay, answer all your questions, and make sure you're comfortable. I've been receiving trigger point injections and I can say that my pain is 70% better... it's going to be a long haul before I get better due to the severity of the accident.. but progress is all I can really hope for day by day.. and thanks to Dr. Miller and Coastal Pain, I am getting that. Thank you Coastal Pain!

I visited Dr. Patel for a procedure, which went very smoothly. He made me feel like there was nothing to worry about and kept me at ease during my procuedure. I have now returned multiple times for follow up appointments and the considerate staff is so accomadating and helpful. I really would recommend their clinic to anyone with pain issues. Dr. Patel has won many compassionate awards and it truly shows that he deserves it. And this is the first elegant office that I've been to that has ambient music and cucumber water in the doctors room for patients. Truly amazing experince I've had going here!

I went to Coastal Pain and Spinal Diagnostics three time in late 2011 and early 2012 and less than impressed with their wait time of over an hour even though I was on time. Front desk was well staffed, but they lacked an organized process of getting me checked in. I even arrived 15 early to complete the paper work as requested, but clearly there was internal issues with check-ins.



The second time back I wait I got in less than 20 minutes, and over heard a client in the waiting room complaining that he was waiting well over an hour, and then heard a doctor reprimand a front desk person for the delay; clearly there was issues of internal business disorganization.



Third time I was unable to call, as their phone system was not working, and the answering service was not instructed to take message, so I drove down to make an appointment and advise that they were having phone issues. The front desk was less than responsive, so I brought it to the attention of the office manager the third time. She seemed unaware, so I got the impression she may be the problem and bottle neck of this office.



The office was unable to follow up on an MRI after two months of waiting, so I contacted the doctor to advise I need an office that was more on top of things. I feel concerned that the doctors in this office fail to see the disorganization of the office manager and the lack of processes they have in place.



I have sense moved on to another office that is more than capable to follow up and appreciates my time enough to avoid making me waits hours in the office.

I have seen Dr. Dobecki since 2008. He is professional, curteous, people friendly and an all around great person. He is very knowledgeable in his field and takes the time to answer any questions and explain how procedures work. He makes me feel very taken care of and I have complete trust in his recommendations. He makes dealing with my back pain bearable and does his utmost to alleviate my pain at the earliest convenience. I highly recommend you contact him should you be in need of someone in his field of work. I simply can't say enough positive things about Dr. Dobecki.
