Mr. Rescue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

My drain got clogged on Sunday afternoon. I'd called couple different plumbing companies but no one was able to help me because it was a weekend. 5 inches of water in the basement made me panic. Then I called Mr. Drain Plumbing. The Dispatcher was very friendly.He said the drain specialist would come in a half an hour. The plumber found a problem right away and solved it. Thank you very much guys for fast, quality and professional service.

So I called with my plumbing issues and Mr. Drain Plumbing Company dispatched technician guy name (Mike)and he said that they would be out to fix the pipes as soon as they were done with another job. So I am thinking it was going to be a while. Well really quickly after they came and solved my issue. They were very professional, took care of business, and got out! Always appreciated!! So that I called them again when I had another plumbing issue all together. Again they arrived faster than a delivery pizza!

Really great service! Michael is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what is the problem, all the options, and then expertly continue to clean the drain. He came after hours, and there was no extra Emergency fee. Another thing that I liked was that TODD (who answered the phone) was friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service! I hopefully will not need a plumber soon again, but if I do I will immediately call Alex at Mr. Drain Plumbing. Thanks again,
