Ace Multi-Cleaning

We had mold infestation problems in our Washer-Dryer combo. We called ACE Multi-Cleaning to come out the same day and assessed the situation. Within what seem like minutes, ACE took control of the situation, removed the washer-dryer, treated the surrounding areas and installed a fan to run all night to make sure we were safe. They did a fantastic job and we would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services if needed in the future.

We had a basement flood. ACE Multi-Cleaning cleaned it up quickly and pulled back our new carpet to keep it from getting damaged. They were able to get there fast enough and no major damage was done. They went the extra mile and treated for mold so we wouldn't have any other issues arise. The team installed drying fans and a dehumidifier to ensure the room was dry before reinstalling the new padding and our carpet. Mr. Lassiter and his employees were very courteous and knowledgeable about exactly what to do and answered every question I had. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use their services again if I need them.

We had the basement damaged by water which needed to be fixed...dry wall, painting, new floors. Donald and his technicians did a phenomenal job transforming the area. His workers came on time every single day, did a very fine job and cleaned up well.



No drama. Reasonable prices. Timely. Exceptional quality work...and personable folks too. What more can you ask for?

I wish YP had a 5-star+++ rating - these guys deserve it. I came home to find my basement laundry room flooded and a few inches of water seeping into the rest of the basement. After making about 10 phone calls it was clear that everyone in Prince George County was having similar issues, as all but two companies said they couldn't get to my house until the following week. Donald Lassiter responded to my call promptly, and said he was stuck in traffic on 495 but would be able to get to me within the hour - he and his team arrived 35 minutes later.



Upon arrival, the ACE team assessed the situation, told us what needed to be done, helped us sort out insurance and billing issues and went to work. They worked until 10pm the first night they arrived, answered all our questions, and consulted with us for even the most minor decisions. I don't think I have ever dealt with a more courteous, professional and competent team. I was so impressed that I am writing this review before the work is even complete - as I have full trust in this company (and I'm not exactly the easiest person in the world to impress, as some of my other reviews may indicate).



If you have a flood emergency, Donald Lassiter and ACE are the A-Team - everyone else is a far second. I have come to know that these guys have expanded into other areas, and if needed, I would hire their services every time.

I was referred to Ace from a friend of mines. I had my upholstery cleaned in my car and my furniture, they did a great job Ace techs got spots out of my furniture I never thought would come out. I recently had services done by Ace last week and I was highly impressed with their professionalism. I had a flood in my basement and all of my drywall had to be replaced. First I gave them a call from here on YP and I got a rapid response, the operations manager came out and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable I thought for the damage that was done and I didn't feel like I was being over charged for once. They began to work right away, I was very pleased with the over all service preformed, and outcome. I will be calling them in the near future. Thanks ACE
