Service Master Professional Cleaning

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! No one would call me back! I explained the importance of a quick response because I wanted them to clean before I moved in & I needed to move in on a specific day. I also asked for the just to tell me if they wouldn't be able to do it in time. Instead NOTHING. HOW TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DON'T USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM!!

Had a small fire at my home, wich i was able to put out myself. The fire put out enough smoke that it smoked up my entire house. I rememberd seeing the yellow trucks in town and decided to give them a call for help. Days went by and i never heard or seen from anyone representing this company. I dont think they realized i work for an established insurance company and refused to use their services. I actually took care of the problem myself.
