Rose Nails

Although there have been gaps in my patronage I have gone to this salon for years. Each time i return to be treated in the same professional friendly way i have come to know as a standard here. My hands are exposed to chemicals constanly and are extremely dry so i present a challenge to the best of artists. My tips last until its time for a fill and that is key for me. I suffer from graves disease which is an auto immune condition and am therefore somewhat germiphobic and deeply respect the effort put into maintaining the constant cleanliness at Rose Nails. I was disturbed to read reviews where people said the techs were rough i lean toward thorough. i have been knicked while having tips shaped but this was not carelessness on the part of my manicurist rather it occured when she was smoothing the side edges which is exactly why thier tips last. Of course my skin as i said is in a constant state of drought and a dry spot got caught not a major cut or even alot of blood but they responded quickly and correctly isolating and disposing of blood properly cleaning the area and that makes my heart sing. My uncle who is disabled and diabetic had a horrible experience where he was openly mocked and laughed at while receiving a mani pedi at Fashion Nails. When i heard this i was very angry and the next time he needed to be trimmed i dropped him and my mother at Rose to be treated to mani pedis and when i returned to collect them they were beaming. I was not suprised because again i trust the work ethic cleanliness and respect shown at Rose Nails. Ive also brought my younger sister along with my daughter they were both thrilled and i was impressed by the patience it must have taken to work on wiggly and indecisve girls...i love Rose Nails...this is my family's nail salon!!!

I've gone to them since they had opened up .. I use to love them ..now I go they are mean ..I tell that hurt ..they cut me ..my polish is always smug on the side I do the expenses polish that crazy it's where they wipe from the side looks bad ..I'm very disappointed and hurt cause I've sent alot f people to them . Not only that I always like them saddens me dearly.
