Moore Floor Covering

We had a master bedroom and large walk in closet that was carpeted and relaced with hardwood floor. It also required some furnature to be moved out of the way since I can't. They did a first class job start to finish, asking what direction or pattern we prefered. The new wood flooring was stored flat at room temperature for a couple days as was requested. They started work in the morning and finished in the late afternoon including haul off of the old carpet leaving only a beautiful new floor behind with the furnature back in place.

After reading review here, I was nervous about using Moore Floor Covering for my carpet install with Lowes. After discussing with Steve Moore, he assured me they would do a good job. This was a large job that involved 2 days and them moving my furniture. Happy to say they used great caution. One minor issue with a baseboard needing replace was addressed promptly. I am very happy with the job done!

I had contracted thru Lowes and was so excited to finally get flooring installed in my home and looked forward to the day that the installers were coming even though there was a lot of prep work before hand to move furniture out of the rooms. On the day of the install the workers stayed busy but said they would have to come back to complete some minor trim work strips that they had forgotten to order. That was the last I heard from them. In reviewing the work done the flooring was good but the installers failed to tell me that some of the baseboards got split and that they had done something to where I no longer had phone service in two rooms. Months later as I tried to still get this firm to come back and finish the trim work and repair the damage I'm still waiting. They don't return phone calls and when you do finally reach someone you get told they will show up so take off work waiting for them only to have them as a "no show".



This company would have come off better with me if they had been up front of damages done and given me a timeline as to when they would come back and repair everything. By failing to return my phone call and then when I do finally talk with someone and they don't follow thru with contacting me after I take time off of work to accomodate them I honestly cannot recommend their work. Comes across as lack of respect to the customer.
