Butchered my dogs feet, she came home bleeding

Brought our Golden there for grooming. Came home bleeding all over the car and the house. When I called to complain the owner Skip was just plain rude. Buyer beware!!! It's not possible on this site to give them NO STARS.

We have previously used Wags and Wiggles for grooming and we were always happy with the services. My mother has used their services as well and was always happy. Since we were always satisfied with their services, we decided to try boarding. My mother and myself dropped off five dogs for weekend boarding with specific instructions on feeding and care. When we were notified that we could pick our animals up, Skip was very rude and disrespectful to me and my mother about our dogs "behavior" and bathroom habits. He stated that he felt sorry for us because our dogs "are not house broken". When we picked our dogs up, we discovered that they had been way over fed and had gained some significant weight. Dietary instructions were not followed, wrong food was given to the dogs, and the wrong amounts. Anyone with a dog knows that if you mix up food and over fed that your animal will need to use that bathroom more. Skip stated that he has been doing this for over 30 years and has never seen a problem like this - I wonder if he and his staff can follow simple instructions. Due to his extremely rude behavior and the way he talked to me and my mother, we will not be returning for any services.

Wonderful place to take your dog to be groomed..Skip the owner and Mary the manager are genuine people who care for your beloved pets as if they were their own. I have had nothing but the best experience here..our yorkie Romeo gets excited every time he goes to wags n wiggles..not only is he groomed here but they also have a doggie daycare which is fabulous ...don't look any further this is the best Cape Coral has to offer..
