Every single bad thing that is daid about this property is true plus more! It is a death trap for children. I am not sure how someone that owns such a property but has no desire to maintain it. The trash laying around. Mold. Fences laying on the ground instead of putting them up properly. I am shocked the state has not shut this place down!! Just a law suite waiting to happen. It's a shame really. Expect to collect high rent yet they obviously spend nothing to actually maintain the building inside or out. People with money talking their means and money for success for granted!!!!!! Eventually it will be shut down.

Once moved in was warned about bed bugs from a neighbor, sure enough they came into my apartment, had to throw out my mattress and box springs. Woke up one morning to see my cat with a rat he caught inside my apartment. Wrong mailing address on monthly rent invoice to send my rent payment to, one mailbox for 20 tenants. A very, very bad experience.

These good reviews are all fake!!! Chris lally pays people to write good posts about him!!! He's a drunken vulgar rude Individual. If your a woman he will proposition u. U wld b better off sleeping at the Lee Tran bus stop then renting from Parker house properties. Chris doesnt care about his tenants or ppl in general. His apartmentsooms are horrible dirty bedbug and Roach infested. If something need fixed he won't do it he will just tell u to fix it yourself and if u dnt like it move out. Then he will keep ur deposit. If u notice shortly after a bad review is posted there is four or more good ones posted by the ppl he pays to write good reviews. Good luck if ur smart u will run for the hills and stay far far away from Chris lally and the ppl that work for him

This is a first class business. Since I moved in this week they have made my move so easy. Everything was on and ready for us when we got their and there was no bugs, and it was in beautiful condition. The staff did a great job in getting it ready to be moved into.

Parker House has been very good to me since I moved in 3 years ago. Chris Lally takes care of me if I ever have a problem right away and the staff their is so awesome. HOpe to live their for many years because its so comfortable

Don't rent from parker house properties chris Lally will keep your deposit no matter if you leave the apartment in good condition his a drunk always getting drunk in his office the apartments are infested with bed bugs and flea and roaches and rats I don't even know how he can run a business

Having to deal with parking at the Hilton House, which is owned by Parker House is a nightmare. There are 36 units at this location, but only about 20 parking spaces. Then you have 3 adults living in one apartment and each one has a car. I have talked to Ernie about doing assigned parking spaces and it go in one ear and out the other. I am a quite tenant and don't socialize with any one and yet almost everybody here knows my name. They don't have mailboxes, so I am at the mercy of the managers availability I work a later shift an have to wait to the next day to be able to pick up my mail. I guess this place only wants drunks and drug user who don't even attempt to work. I moved in 01/31/2014. I think it might be time to move. .

I have been renting from Parker house properties for 18 months now. I absolutely love renting from them. The office people are great and Chris Lally who is the President of Parker house is really great. He's very attentive to his renters and very hands on as well. Back in April I was 200.00 short on my rent and he gave me two extra weeks till my next payday to pay it and he didn't charge me a late fee. He really is a great person and caring. He doesn't treat his company as a business only....to him he's personal with all his renters. I would recommend Parker house to any of my friends and family. The rent is cheap and if something is needed for your home or apartment Chris and or the office staff sees to it that the problem is fixed promptly. It has been and will always stay a pleasure renting from Parker house properties. I hope my review helps those of you looking to rent because Chris Lally/Parker House Properties comes highly recommended on my end.

I've been renting off Parker house properties for over a year now. my apt is nice and rent is cheap,my air conditioner broke and I called the office and they had it replaced with a new one the next day.When I moved in the apartment was freshly painted and clean.Chris the president/owner of parker house and the office people are just great to do business with.I would definitely refer friends or family to rent of them.

I have lived in Hilton House apartments which Parker House Properties owns since May of 2015. I have enjoyed living here. The property is very well kept. The complex itself as a real family feel to it. The owner, Chris is great and the property manager Ernie Bethke always goes above and beyond to ensure a safe living environment for all of his tenants. If I ever have a problem with a repair, I know it will be addressed in a timely manner. This is truly a great place to live.
