        Overall

        I ship daily - and I used to ship often with the store. The owners wife would allow me to ship UPS with an envelope. One day when I arrived the owner told me I had to ship my item in a box only. When I stated that my company ships with UPS daily at multiple UPS stores he then belittled me in front of other customers and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. He then proceeded to try and charge double the normal amount as now it is in a box. I refused and then went to the UPS store 5 min. further down the road. The store used a box and charged half the price as he was trying. His rude behavior and tactics are why I am never returning to this store.

        Overall

        They overcharge me $15 on a $50 UPS ground shipment (more expensive than arranging a pickup at your house). I would not recommend this place. The place is conveniently located near a grocery store but so it is the UPS store. I will not be shipping with them again.
