I can not thank Robert enough for the outstanding customer service he showed me today. I'm so very pleased with the work Monkey Wrench did on my car. They diagnosed and fixed it in about 3 hrs. The price was more than fair and he even gave us a ride home to wait. Not having any family close by and a special needs child, I really appreciated that. I highly recommend them and I will be coming back for all my repairs in the future!

My jeep’s Electronic throttle control went out early Thursday morning on my way to school so I took it to monkey wrench being the only place within a safe distance I could go. The guy didn’t know what I was talking about and said he’d have to look at it for a good understanding of what’s going on. And as luck would have it the light stopped flashing but it took him over an hour of me sitting there to actually check the electrical system to figure out what was causing the light to appear. It ended up being my air intake valves that were allowing too much air in but it also took them until mid day that day to actually tell me what was wrong and how much it would possibly cost to fix. I had told them I need it fixed by Friday morning because I had to be at work at 1pm, they were very rude about me asking them to please finish quickly even though it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did in the first place. They also left my car running while they were working on it (I’m hoping at least) and ran my fuel down quite a bit as well as the fact that when I got it back I could tell my battery had died while it was there because my clock was off by over 3 hours. While I’m more frustrated about the gas then my battery dying it’s still frustrating. While I appreciate them being here in canyon I do not appreciate their lack of time management or knowledge of many things. I would only recommend to someone who lives in canyon that was in a pinch because of the distance.

Their fast, and usually know what their doing/talking about. But on two separate occasions I've had issues with one of their managers, the first one being that after I had them replace the entire A/C system on my car, a lot of my electrical components in the interior of the car where not working properly or not at all, come to find out over half the fuses were blown. Before taking there they had all worked fine.

The second occasion was having them replace an Alternator, I had already purchased it and had planned on doing it myself but realized with the placement of it being on the bottom of the engine it was something I shouldn't do, so I had them just swap them out for me. The same guy as before did the work, he tried to keep the older alternator even though I had asked for it back to get my Core charge refunded at Autozone, but he also ruptured a hose that was running overhead of it, then when I took it to the shop his answer was "That's why I don't like using other people's parts.." even though the damaged part had no connection to the part replaced, and had told me they wouldn't fix it until a different manager came up to out conversation.
