Scrapbooking Made Simple

For anyone thinking of shopping online with Scrapbooking Made Simple beware! I placed an order with them in the beginning of August 2014 (for the Shop that Did Not Hop Sale). To date, I still have not received my items although they managed to charge my credit card over a month ago. When I email, I typically don't get any answer and when I do its basically "tough luck - we told everyone that there was no timeframe for shipping"! I don't know about you, but when I saw that I figured more like a few weeks - NOT ALMOST 6 MONTHS! I surely will NEVER be shopping with this company EVER again and will definitely be spreading the word that they're very unreliable!

Online ordering is bad. Even with them telling you it will ship when it ships, they charge you for your order and you still have to want MONTHS for it to ship. They do not return calls and when you do get someone to look for your order, they just tell you it is somewhere on the rack to me shipped. : (

This is my favorite Scrapbooking store! The staff is always friendly and helpful. No matter what you need, advice, supplies, instruction, etc., they are always there to help. They have great classes and are always showcasing the latest in innovative products. If you want to achieve the ultimate effects in your scrapbooking, or card making, I highly recommend you go to Scrapbooking Made Simple. They are simply the Best!

For a hole in the wall store this place has a wide variety of everything you need. Everyone working there is friendly and makes you feel at home. They even have a place to sit and relax while you snack on some free goodies.

Tucked away in Canyon Country is an incredible little store packed with everything you could possibly imagine to create a beautiful page. Don't let the no frills strip mall location fool you. This store is always stocked with the latest items AND they are not only competitive in stock but hands down the least expensive in the area. The staff is friendly, you ALWAYS get to pick a free gift with your purchase - no waiting for a punch card to fill or having to spend that magic number to get 10% off of one item, they offer refreshments and snacks for free while you "snoop" around! Downside is the limited choice in paper, although the store does carry the newest stock available.
