Duct Cleaning
So... my wife and I were straightening out things in our attic, when we notice how black and dirty some areas were. so... we went to Loews and asked about air duct cleaning, attic insulation, etc. We had taken some pictures and showed them to Scott the Loews AC specialist. He saw some dark areas and said we better have it checked for "mold remediation" and/or roof leakage. He gave us the # of somebody he said "you can trust" (Magic Maintenance), and said to ask for Ryan. That we did and initially spoke with somebody competent named Robin who said Ryan wasn't available on 2 days notice but they could send us out another qualified technician to inspect things at no charge initially. so... we braced ourselves for the worst and waited... On our appointment day a GENTLEMAN named Esquivel Ramirez showed up right on time (called ahead to confirm). Well dressed, very polite, very professional. Went up to the attic,inspected it, and gave us the good news: NO PROBLEMS ! (The black areas were where there vents to outside of the attic). We had braced ourselves for mold,new insulation, water damage, whatever (we traditionally prepare for the worst). We spoke with him for quite a while all things AC/"mold remediation" related, and he patiently answered all our questions. We offered to pay him something and said he'd take a soda instead. So I figure the best way I can repay him is to let everybody know what a great job he did and use Magic Maintenance Inc for future repairs. Thanks again you guys ! Gary and Jeannie Wells
