        Overall

        Employee gave a quote, then they called 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive and said they wouldn't do it for that price. Unreliable !!

        Great Team Work

        My wife & children broke down on a hot day and I called Canyon Towing for service. They arrived at the time they they said they would be there and the dispatcher was kind enough to ask if they had water. I said, that would be wonderful if the driver could provide water for them. The tow driver did bring cold bottled water, tow the car to the dealer and the day was saved when the dispatcher (Karen) called ahead to reserve a rental car for my wife at the dealer. !!
