A Divine Touch

First appointment with Sara I discussed a lot ideas and concerns about my hair. My hair is naturally tightly curly / coils . As this was my first appointment with her I know that asking ?'s is not out of line. Wash & flat iron.2nd appointment 9/28/17 I mentioned a idea I thought might work on my hair while detangling my wet hair . To my SHOCK she stopped and said " do you want me to do your hair or not , I'm not going to have you telling me how to do what I do for a living ". She then, let me know at that moment that SHE didn't LIKE it the first time Either. What?Wow !! I'm the paying customer $50. Don't I have the right to ask questions? It felt like she was angrily ripping through my tangled hair. I had to speak up! She was being very rough handed . I know that I didn't cross any lines and I was not rude . Left out of office with wet head after her remarks. Nothing good to say about my hair experience with Sara ! I'll spend $50 every two weeks with someone else who cares about how I want my hair treated ! Zero is the rating you deserve !
