Alternative Tan

The place is cool and the staff is friendly and smoking hot!

I love this place. They have the best package prices in the area. And always have great sales on lotion. It is always clean and employees are very welcoming.

This was my second month of going to Alternative Tan and absolutely loved it, until this afternoon. I went in to see when my last tanning package expired and come to find out it already did. When I was in the store a month ago the young girl behind the counter stated if I bought a bottle of lotion ( which was $100) I would get two months free. So yeah of course that decision was easy so I went ahead and purchased it. After thinking I had 2 months free I continued to go and continued to tell people about coming here with me. I work for a large medical facility and have been telling patients and employees to go here. Today while the girls were checking my file they told me I was out of visits and I have to purchase a new package. I told them that I bought a bottle of lotion and got 2 months free last month. They told me it doesn't show anything so the manager came in to speak to me about it, she proceeded to basically tell me I must of heard the young lady wrong and my visits were up, basically making it look like I'm crazy. With nothing settled I walked out and will not be returning. I will make sure people I'm referring there do not attend die to the lack of customer service. I'm so un-pleaesed about what happened and the staff/manager did not say or do anything to help the customer issue out.

The place itself is clean and your average cheap tanning salon. But the lady at the front desk was not very friendly, hence I didn't feel completely comfortable there. I will not be going back.
