I'm new to the area and dreaded having to find reliable contractors. Happy to say I hit the jackpot this time! Shawn called to confirm the appt and arrived on time. He was able to determine the source of the clog in my kitchen sink without replacing my disposal. Would definitely use this business again.

Quick and helpful responses, excellent work, efficient and clean, reasonable rates, friendly and personable. They have repaired an outside leaky faucet and added another faucet on the other side of the house. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs from now on! Hard water deposits have eroded our water faucets and the insides of our major appliances ever since we built our house 17 years ago. If you live in Canal Winchester, you know what I mean. Duckworth Plumbing has now installed a new type of system in our home that not only cleans out the hard water deposits in the water coming into the home, it will also clean out the hard water deposits from inside the pipes with continued use of the system. Wish this system was available 17 years ago when we built our house!

We didn't have hot water. Called Duckworth. They came out the same day. Honest service didn't try to convince me I needed more than I did. Friendly service.
