        Overall

        My overall experience with them was less than satisfactory. I had to use this company, as they were contracted out from State Farm. The employee hung up the phone as I voiced my frustrations regarding their lack of communication and failure to abide by the time estimations they had given. Please do yourself a favor and fund another towing company.
