        Excellent Customer Service!

        The couple who manage this place are great to deal. We rented a U-Haul truck for our move. They gave us a bigger truck for the same small truck price.



        On the rental contract, they had specified the fuel as 3/4th full and asked us to check. We checked on the wrong gauge :/ (tiring couple of days!!) and told them it was actually 5/8th and not 3/4th, he gladly changed the reading specified without argument at all.



        We did return the truck with fuel 3/4th full after we realized our mistake. Anyway their customer service and calm really impressed us!
