Rooter Time Plumbing

I was on Wooley Rd in Oxnard on my way to an appointment with two children in tow when the Rooter Time car cuts me off- no signal, nothing. I honk to let the plumbing van know I'm here and the driver flips me off!! I call the number on the back of the truck to inform of the dangerous driving that this employee demonstrates and a male answers. I ask to speak with the manager and this male says its him and he goes by the name "Rick." More than likely, it seems like this business is a one-man show and the guy who answered is probably the owner Lonnie.

Anyway, I ask if he just cut me off and flipped me off and "Rick" says that I was texting on my phone and he was merging. How would "Rick" know I was texting if he's in front of me?!? So I ask again why he flipped me off and "Rick" says again that I was texting- basically I deserved to get into an accident with my kids because he was being a jerk. He tells me to have a wonderful day and I wish him the same and let him know that I was going to post this review when he hangs up on me.

Do you really want your money going to someone who isn't even professional enough to apologize, whether or not they were in the wrong? If I'm the second person to report this type of behavior and "Rick" hasn't corrected the situation, it seems that this guy doesn't give a crap about the reputation his business has. Seems to me like "Rick" or Lonnie or whoever is running this dump of a business has no professional ethic and definitely not someone I would trust to do a quality job or correct poorly performed work. Let's just say this guy isn't someone I would want in my house.

When you want professional and courteous people to take care of your plumbing needs, I suggest you find a QUALITY PLUMBING service who has a legit operation and doesn't practice like they got their license yesterday. Maybe there's one you can find in the Ventura area......
