        Amazing customer service!!!

        Best customer service! The store opens at 8 AM, I walked up at 7:10 AM (not knowing the store hours). Phil (I think), opened the door and happily helped me print what I needed for that evening. He even had something for me to carry my documents in to not get wet since it was raining. He was very kind and went over and beyond! We will return for all of our UPS mail and professional printing needs!

        Great franchisee

        These people are the sweetest. They will do anything possible to help you out, even ship USPS & FedEx. The reason their prices are different than UPS is cause they have a markup on the rate to turn a profit. A standard business practice, so I don't know why the other review was bad.

        These UPS Stores are nothing more than copy stories. Their UPS package policies are totally different than UPS. These people are the idiots of the shipping business.

        These people are not associated with the UPS organization in any way. They will not receive nor hold any parcels for UPS. They are ver independant and will not work with UPS customers in any way. They need to stick to selling pens and pencils.

        Great customer service! I went in to make copies of stuff for my students, and they gave me a discount and they are super friendly! I could not ask for better, nicer customer service!!
