If you want someone who is honest and quick to come out, this is the company to go through! My fathers air seemed to be going out in this above 100 degree weather. The original company tried to tell him he needs a new unit completely (even though it was still working) after they left from looking at it, the unit wouldn’t work at all! My dad is disabled with 2 pets and when you walked into his house it felt hotter than it did outside!! I had him call this company, they came out almost immediately, fixed his air and didn’t try to sell him a new system. Great price too! Thank you all so much for your honesty and promptness! I will refer you guys to everyone I know!!

Very rarely do I endorse someone or a business, but I most definitely will this time. Rick and his team did an amazing job with my AC. Unfortunately, I had to have my whole system replaced, and decided to spend a little more and went with a new Heat Pump. I've personally dealt with 2 other companies in the past and have never been impressed as much as I have with him and his team. His price was better than his competitors (I researched!) and he and his team were more professional and treated me like I was almost family (the good ones you like anyway lol).
It took them only a couple of hours (less than what you would think) and within 30 minutes the temp in my house had dropped 3 degrees and is lowering quickly. Excellent service all around by him and his team. He took care of me this past winter when my heat went out, and he took care of me today. I am 100% positive that I will NEVER go with anyone else on my HVAC.

Our A/C went out last night, I called this morning & left a message. Within 30 minutes Rick the owner called and asked what it was doing & I told him what it was doing. I gave him our information and he had his serviceman who was on call to call me. Chuck said he would be here at 10:30, he was here early, knew exactly what was wrong snd fixed it. When this unit goes out we will use them again. This is my 4th time using them. They still give GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & they are 100% honest & very affordable. . I won't use no one else... Promptly returned my after hours call. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a short amount of time. Fast response great price and they had the parts on the truck, not use to that. I was pleasantly surprised.

Hi! I did not have heat in my home all year in 2009. i finally saved up enough to get started. rick came to my house on 1/1/10 to install a heater be ran and bought me the day before. he did this on a holiday for me. he knew how bad we needed the heat and that we saved up a lot of money for this project. even though i did not have all the money up front rick worked with me on this payment plan. if you need heat you could not find a more reasonable up front nice guy to work with you and yolur house hold. thank you for taking the time to read this review.

I called xtreme....back in the hot summer to check out my a/c in a bussiness of mine! i found out that....no only did stedfast put to small a unit but it wasnt a heat pump when i thought it was!! XTREME sold me a whole new system for 1 thousand under my lowest offer was....and on top of that he gave me a five year free service aggreement!!



And back it all up......my air stopped working .......i had 25 ppl coming to my office in 30 minutes.......so i called rick and beleive it or not he had the air going as they walked in the door!!



Then i asked him ...what do i owe you!! AND HE SAID YOU DONT OWE ME A DIME.....THANKS FOR USING XTREME HEATING AND COOLING!!

I am so impressed by this company. They came out within an hour from when I called and fixed my airconditioner that day. I had other companies come out. They charged me, and never fixed the problem. The guys at Extreme knew exactly how to fix it and I didn't have to wait. I highly recommend this company. The best air conditioning service I've ever had.

I just had my heat and air done by extreme, and they went the extra mile in not only getting the job done, but also with doing a professional job. If I had to do it all over again I would not change hire this great company. there were only 5 stars but I would have gave them 10 stars if it allowed.
