Cardinal Manor Luxury Apartments

Very dissatisfied with this apartment complex. We started communicating with them in January saying we wanted a top floor and we're going to move in in march. February the day before we are set to put down our deposit the person tells us that we won't know which apt we will get until we move in in march and it could be top or bottom floor just depends on what's available! She promised us we would get a top floor so we were shocked when she told us that. We discussed how we wanted a top floor from the beginning and never would've even paid the application fee if that was the case. So we wanted until closer to our move in day, from 2/17 until today we never heard from them. Never followed up to say hey we have an apt ready on the top floor, are y'all still interested, NOTHING! Guess they didn't need our business and glad we didn't give it to them. Thanks for being terrible at making future tenants feel wanted!

Moving here in a couple weeks. Professional office lady and extremely nice apartments. Now I don't have to buy a new washer and dryer cause they have them in every apartment

They pay water and trash. They also provide the washer and dryer. One of the nicest apartment places in Cabot school district.
