Ryan Family Amusements Buzzards Bay

I had my daughters birthday party there. It totally stunk. The "planner" was so unorganized that she double booked the party room. I had no where to put the ice cream cake that by the time a room cleared out it had melted. People never got to see her open her presents and had to eat cold pizza. The gaming room was way over crowded and dirty. I spent over $300.00 for a "special" day that was one of the most unhappiest of all for her. I would NEVER plan another occassion there or even go there to bowl. The people that work here have bad attitudes and stink at there jobs. If they don't like being around loud kids at a birthday party then they should have them or find other employment. I gave it 1 star but really they deserve 1/2 a one just for givivg us a roof over our heads on a rainy day.
